Poor customer service

I am the customer of tata indicom more than 2 year. I have requested to Tata customer to change the billing address and also submitted the documents.

When I talk to custer care executive he told that you have not submitted any document but i have submitted my documents to NOIDA-12 center of tataindicom more than 10 days before.
