Full talk time offer
I am unable to get full talk time

Hi,

I am Ram Niranjan Kasireddy. I am Using BSNL mobile 9490292333 from last 6 years. Recently I heard about Full talktime offer from BSNL. So I am reconfirmed with BSNL call center IVRS (1503). After that I was top up sum of amount 110. But I got only 99 rupees talk time. For confirmation I called to Call center 1503. As usual I can't get information from Call center.

I think BSNL service is not Best service. It's a Best very very worst service. The people who are staying in call center are half minded. Even they are not providing any information about their products.

This is not the way to sustain in telecom industry.

Finally I was decided to change my number from BSNL to Other. All other customer support is better than BSNL. Previousily I complained about Caller tune issue in BSNL. That time also I am not at all satisfied with BSNL service.

Small information to all.

If any one want to take good service. Please choose any other except BSNL.
