I'm Airtel prepaid mobile subscriber. My No. is 9998460375 I often receive network SMS, and unnecessary calls, to activate hello tunes. I refuse every time. And requested not to send me these kind of calls when I'm on roaming. I contacted 121, and sent SMS not to make these meanless calls.
After doing that Airtel charged me for 45 Rs. twice, I want to know when I already asked not to subscribe that service then why I need to pay. If Airtel do that then that is not a perfect business style, and totally, violation of Consumer Rights. It is uncivilised method.
I called 121 to enquire about that but, they have only one answer, we can't return this amount. That is not good reply from a reputed network Airtel. It is senseless if Airtel steals money from ones account like this way. I think you are indirectly forcing customer, to close the service.
If you care the customer, plz give me a call.
