I have a prepaid Airtel connection bearing no.9949550554. The Airtel operator is activating the VAS without the knowledge of the customer whenever they find some balance to the accounts. The customer care executives are not responding to the customer and hanging up the telephone whenever they are asked for clarifiction. This has happens to me twice activating the VAS without subscribers knowledge. Please look into the matter and see such things will not be repeated in future.
