I have the following complaints against Airtel (Kolkata circle) which I need rectified as soon as possible.

(1) A 26 Rs Message pack was activated by Airtel on 27/03 at 10:30 am under the auto-renewal facility. However on 28/3, the sms were charged and Re 1 was deducted for every sms sent to an airtel number. Total sms sent on 28/3 was less than 25 (obtained by dialing *125*5#). Likewise, Rs. 25 has been wrongfully deducted form my account.
A complaint was made to Airtel customer care however the complaint number was not received by me.
As I have activated my message pack on 27/3, hence the problem lies with Airtel (as confirmed by customer care executive). I will continue to message, and expect all the balance which has been wrongfully deducted be remitted back into my account.
(2) I wish to lodge a complaint against Mr. Biplab Sarkar (airtel Kolkata), who behaved rudely and refused to take my complaint. I repeatedly mentioned my problem, but he refused to lodge the complaint, and disconnected the phone without my permission. I STRONGLY protest against this kind of treatment towards Airtel customers, and expect an apology from the concerned person. Please note that I will not hesitate to take this case further with Airtel authorities till I receive a solution to my problem.
