Dear sir,

i was using airtel number 9960300509, and i had closed the number 6 to 7 months before after paying all the dues. also i had no reciepts regarding the last payment done by me. now airtel official are telling me that i have to pay 4000 for clearing the dues. but i want to know why should i pay if i had already paid the due amount 6 month back.also when i closed the number at that time your server was down and i had recieved hand written payment slip from your official.please tell me what should i do.please revert me back ASAP.
