MNP from aircel to airtel, sim is not activated yet

Hello sir,

I have applied for MNP from aircel to airtel (9700431786) and i got unique i.d. (DA142973) also. I have submitted all the documents related to the issue and i got airtel sim on 5-2. But this sim not activated yet for 13 days. I have contact with both services but they are saying that they dont have details about it.

Please try to solve the problem. Thank you.
