I am using airtel connection for the past 3 years, my father is using for the past 6 years and my sisteris using for the past 2 years. At first we stayed in purasaiwalkkam, chennai.we were so comfortable and satisfied using airtel network. but we shifted our house to kilpauk before 2 months here we are not even getting single point tower. we couldn't able to make any calls or receive.we are suffering here in the peroid of emergency.we have aready given a written complaint regarding this problem in the nugampakkam airtel office and i have nearly 6 complaint numbers from the customer care but yet there is no action has taken to solve the problem.we are really unsatisfied about the customer care responce
