I am a customer of airtel prepaid. I was satisfied from its service, but some time ago when i activate its net on phone service, he charged me after i deactivate the service. the service have five rupees for 24 hours but he charged me ten rupees for two times. I also unable to share my problem with its customer care because my customer care service is also banned. I have no other way to go through consumer court about this and i also change my connection.
