The complaint is against bill no. 337317322 dated 13th October. The bill details show that the Airtel Live was connected on 19th September and it worked non-stop for days together. I used this service on 19th and 20th September but not after that. To my knowledge, it is practically impossible for a person to get connected to a service for days. Moreover, my handset was sent for repairs on 22nd September and I shifted my SIM card to another phone which does not support such services. I lodged the complaint with Airtel and they promised to get back to me by 18th November. Till date no one from Airtel has bothered to call us regarding this problem and instead we are being harassed and forced to pay the amount. We are paying the bill for the mobile usage and have not paid only for the Airtel Live. Today also, one of the executives threatened us to pay the bill or they will withdraw their services. Please look into the matter at the earliest.
