I am working in nsic as an assist manager in tech dept. So i have just shifted to delhi for my work just 2weeks back and i am proud to praise what i have seen in VODAFONE services. When i came to delhi i stayed in hotel called blue stone it is in nehru enclave just oppst nehru place and i and my friend went on walk for a ciggerate but i did not get any shop opened that time and it was around 10:50pm almost then i was returning to my hotel then suddenly i saw lights of some store and it was vodafone ministore in nehru place called PRITAM TELECOM and i stepped into that store and ask r u guys open or just doing some other word then vodafone exec mr.kaamran whom i met with he welcomed me and use some wonderful words during that interaction and i was in need of new connection so he provided me and got my documents scanned and printted there and then and activated my number. Then i ask him do u guy open 24*7??? he smiled in very cute way and replied no MR.khanna but we work to make our customers happy so that they can recall us once in a 24*7!
Such a great businessman he would be one day i must say.
VODAFONE should hire more people like him.
