Number Temporarily Dissconectd

Dear Sir/Madam.

I am using the below number 9019423206 The SIM is in the name of Sarvesh H A, #224/1, 6th Main, 8th Cross BEML L/o Rajarajeshwari Nagar Bangalore 560 098 . the sim is not active from past one week it is showing temporarily Disconnected. when i enquired in Reliance Communication R T Nagar they said that the number has been terminated and cannot be retrived back but when called to Customer Care they said your address has not been showing here so sumbit the address proff, I have resubmitted My address prof with Photo Copy of Driving License attached. after submitting documents it is 3 three days past but no action has been taken The Application Form in which i have resubmitted the Document number is 7735923506. so can you please let me know how to retrieve the same number. waiting for your reply in early
