Greetings of the day!!!
As i have a complaint which was that to increase my Credit Limit and as per the discussion with the Cust Care i have given a written complaint to the Nearest Idea Showroom and they told me that the same will be processed at the earlies. Well when i had an issue when the same was not done from your side i again called up the cust care and enquired the matter and the Executive who picked the call was mis Sharanya and she reverted me back saying that she will ask her superiors to ring me back. But till now i havnt received any calls from Idea and till now my credit limit has not yet been revised to Rs.2500 which was my request. Today while i ring back the Cust Care the same Executive picked the call and she told me to once agian elabrate the reason. How long should i call and explain all the matters which was once discussed that too to the same Executive who picked my call last time when i called. I dont know wat exactly is going own in your concern and am very much worried about what all information the Cust Care people are providing from both inbound and outbond centers. Please look in to thw matter and do the needfull at the earliest.
