Miss use of my personnel document

I have a Mobile connection No. 930022771 . Few days before I got an offer from the company that my pre-paid number changed to post paid as per their P 249 scheme. For this they asked some documents and I put my passport zerox, photographs and Rs.500/- though Airtel company representitive and that time he give a new SIM Card and tell me it will start within ten days as my own number. But I checked the new sim card after 5 days and found it started with a new number i.e . 9503022771. that is not useable to me because I work with a Security company and that my number spread all over market so I approched the company rep. Mr. Rahul (09890696367) and he advise me to contact their higher office in Swargate that is 25km from me. In this saturday I reached that office and two of company rep. attend my problem but they can't only waiste my three hours. they suggest me to cancel the new connection first and then put up once more all my documents. I have no spare time to go back with this matter. Please advice to cancel my new number and return my money and documents.
