I lost my mobile and so got a duplicate sim (9840831820) on 12Sep from ('X'SQUIRE COMMUNICATIONS PVT LTD, 14, 2ND LINE BEACH, PARRYS, CHENNAI-1) by 11.00am of the same number from a airtel office with a assurance that it will be activated within 4hrs but 36hrs it was not activated. Even after informing the office there was not positive response. Then i visited a shop nearby my house and got it activated as a new number by giving all the proof and got activated. Suddenly it got disconnected and when asked they said that they didn't receive the appropriate documents, now today 20sep the connection was again disconnected stating my docs were not submitted. I think my duty is to submit the required docs and pay the amount for it, then its airtel's duty to handle the process thereafter.
