I have lost my pre-paid mobile 4 days back and evening itself been to an Airtel office for issue of a duplicate SIM with the same number. Neither the old SIM has been blocked nor the new SIM activated until now. The expected time for SIM activation is 4 hours and it is 4 days since I have submitted the request. I have called customer care around 10 times and no one is responding properly. My concern has not been addressed. Who is going to be responsible if my SIM card falls in unwanted hands? This is causing a lot of mental tension to me.
