I have been using airtel service 4 quite some time by now. I received a call from airtel a few days back in which they offered me sms pack of 2000 @Rs 49/- only. I said no but the chapter was closed but the after a couple of days i received a msg from airtel stating that this service has been activated on my request and henceforth 49 rupees were deducted from my balance. I don't want this service i urge u to pull back the scheme n refund me my money. I m not even able to lodge my complaint becoz the customer care is not getting activated from my mobile. Airtel is cheating customers!
