My dear inside same like me

Good evening

I am using two Airtel mobile no. for the last six years. Last month i paid rs. 5500 (billed, unbilled and first recharge amount) to convert both the no. from postpaid to prepaid.

Since that day outgoing calls from my no. 9872422770 is barred. I am keep on requesting to the concerned person available in authorised airtel showroom (m/s goel gerg telecom) to solve my problem.

Now the outgoing calls from my second no.9872678617 is also barred.

I am facing problems in daily life without any fault from my end. Airtel group is known for good service.

it's DIPAWLI season

please help.
