Useless Support by Airtel

I have friends sim card with me which I am using it from Nov and valid till end of Nov

Some buddy recharge on my no due to this my plan changed. I was in friends plane now I am in other plan, so I called customer care and ask them to pl. revert me back in to my regular plan but I got such a use less response that I can`t wright here

so I am requesting Airtel to pl. revert me back in to my plan they said it is not possible, even they can`t track where from this recharge done (I given them there transaction ID) by that also they can`t do any thing, I need to talk to customer support person only no one senior person come on call or nobody interested to attend customers problem

Kindly avoid this service
