Dear Sir,

Re: Tel.no. BDKU 26860968 is dead

I am a custmer of your Co. for the last so many years. But recently for the last one and half month I was facing a lot of prblems with the line. After a no.of complaints lodged with the authority, the same was restored to normalcy. But, again the same problem exists with the line getting totally dead for the last 10-15 days. Nobody in the office bothers to respond my call.

So please look into the matter urgently as I fail to contact any of my near and dear ones.

Otherwise, pl advise me the procedure to get back my deposit amt. from bsnl, so that I can look for someother service provider.

Please treat this as very urgent.
