Heavy Network coverage occu

Dear sir,

i have a tata docomo prepaid connection, At our area heavely network coverage ouucur due to very poor signal strength, i called customar care but they do not take any steps to solve it. we suffer this poblem from january so that many time my phon number is unreachable.
