HI,

My Airtel (9840998003) connection is of 3 years old. I am getting calls and messages from Customer care for resubmitting my Documents (Photo, Address proof, Identity Proof) for Telecom regulatory rules. Also getting the messages like you are reaching the last submission date if not submitting the number will be deactivated.

While taking the connection i have submitted the complete documents.

Now i accepted and asked customer care for nearby airtel office to submit the documents. But they are giving me some Reach Telecom Chrompet Chennai address which is off very far from my office and home (Selaiyur, chennai). Searching the airtel office which is of very far and submitting the dcs is of really painful. Also i have 6 days of working in a week so when i can find the time to do this work. This is not the way Airtel should treat there valid customers. Company should take care of customers by having some people to collect the documents directly from customers if its really necessary as others Networks providers do. But not to give the pain or trouble to the customers.

Switching on to other network connection is not a big deal for us in this competative era where all companies dying to provide customer satisfaction in all aspects.

Note: From 3 years of usage, i guess my usage is on average of Rs50, 000 .
