Poor After Sales Service

Dear All,

I have purchased sony erricson F305 mobile from Dilshad garden hot spot store on Jan and I also availed extended warranty scheme but I must say it was no use now my mobile getting display problem no one is helping me I repaired my mobile twice but still facing same problem when I contacted Dilshad Garden Hot spot the person told me the phone will repaired only no replacement of parts whether problem solved or not I think this answer is not justified according to the guaranty terms hot spot should replace the display if problem occurring regularly but the people of Hot spot is not customer centric & they do not help customer just know how to create problem for them I must say no one should purchase mobile from Hot spot any how if purchasing do not invest your money to Extended Warranty scheme.
