DELAY IN POSTPAID CONECTION

I AM HAVING A PREPAID CONNECTION AND WANTED TO GET THE SAME CONVERTED TO POSTPAID. I FILLED THE FORM AND COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES ON 1ST OCTOBER AND DEPOSITED THE SAME AT M/S RAJAN & COMPANY, 90 JHANDA BAZAAR, DEHRADUN. I WAS ASSURED FROM MR SAURABH OF M/S RAJAN AND COMPANY THAT THE POSTPAID CONNECTION WILL START LATEST BY 6TH OCTOBER. BUT TILL DATE NO BODY HAS COME EVEN FOR VERIFICATION OF MY POSTAL ADDRESS. HOW CAN THE COONECTION START BY 6TH. ON TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION WITH M/S RAJAN & COMPANY I WAS NOT TOLD THE EXACT DATE OF VERIFICATION THAT COULD BE DONE. IT WAS TOLD TO ME THAT ANOTHER 3-4 DAYS COULD TAKE PLACE FOR THE SAME. I THING THAT SUCH A BIG COMPANY LIKE AIRTEL HAS TO TAKE CARE OF FULFILLING THEIR COMMITMENTS IN TIME AND THEY ARE THEMSELVES DELAYING THEIR REVENUE. TIMELY ACTION IN THIS CASE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED.
