REGARDING SERVICE CENTER

Dear Sir/Madam

I bought HTC mobile incredible S on April 11, but in sep 11 it created problem and display was not showing. I handed over my set for Swaping to Patiala dealer on sep last week from where i have bought my set. dealer assured to me that he will help me to swap the set, but he did not do any help and send the set to distributor of HTC based at Ludhiana i.e. SK Enterprises. I follow up with dealer for whole month of October and he harrashed me so many times and each time he told that just in few days your set will get repaired. When i forced him to provide my set, then he gave distributor number to me for directly contact with him. when i contacted to distributor (Aman Minhans) he told to me that he had received set on 3rd Nov 11 and he has given to service center and when set will get repair he will send. With lot of harassment i searched HTC service center on internet and contacted to them and according to service center, Ludhiana i.e. BM Services he received set on 7th Nov. Acc. to them part is not available with them and when they will receive they will send the set. I contacted to call center of HTC so many times and according to them they will call to me after getting status from service center. i am totally fed up from these things. till date i have not received any correct information about my set. pls help.
