I'm really disappointed with the service that Airetel DTH is providing. I got an error of 'No Signal' and i loggd a complaint which took almost 10 days to get resolved. I had to call around 5 - 7 times a day and i always use to get an common answer that the request has been forwarded and my engineer will get back to you in 2 hours time, but as usual there was no reply from either side. They also provided me few mobile numbers so that i can call personaly but that number were also not working. i really had a bad time and i will never recommend any of my friend to go for it. i'm looking to change my service to DishTV. lets hope i'll get a better service and have a good experience with the new service.
