Egarding very poor service

I had puchased a handset w705 on 1 april.after onwards i am phasing the same problem again and again. the joystick and jogdial became useless. i had submitted for repair in their service center atleast four times but the same problem arise again and again. their custmercare executives assure me for replace of that hanset but there is no relevent solution for that till that date. so you are requested to plz sought out that problem. My sets imei no is 351806031107761.i am too much upset from there services and response.
