I have paid Rs.500/- to some Rajiv (Reliance communication executive name) towards purchase of Reliance SIM card and caution money. My present address verification was done and upon knowing that I am a Bachelor staying with friends in a rented flat, Reliance communication charged me an extra Rs.500 as caution money which I denied to pay. Hence my request for SIM card was rejected.
Now, 1 month has passed since then and Reliance Communication has not refunded the Rs.500 which I had paid for SIM card which I never purchased (i.e. which was rejected).
I am trying to communicate with Rajiv (mobile no. 91-9533533991) and also Reliance Communication Office at Abids, Hyderabad (mobile no. 91-9391734777) but no one is really responding.
Since I didnot purchase the Reliance Communication SIM card, I should get back Rs.500 which I had paid in advance.
Please help...
