Due to problem in airtel I made a duplicate payment using airtel website.when i asked for refund of duplicate payment their customer care refused and told me to adjusted in future payments. I told them i have taken advance rental plan because i only want to receive income so it is not possible to me adjust that amount.they told me that they cannot do anything.
I would like to warn people dont use airtel.
at least dont use their site for making online payment
