Unrequired caller tune subscription

R.COM has subscribed me caller tune even i send the SMS of unsubscription which is saved in my mobile. when i asked to consumer care they said that they didn't receive any kind of SMS.

Sir i am a student from middle class family & i can't afford these kind of deduction repeatadly. The same case happened to me when i was using AIRTEL.But at that time i thought that it was my mistake. This time the mistake done by the company & i want my MONEY BACK.MY MOB. NO. is 09510892080.
