Idea 3g speed not claiming right these days

I have been using idea 3g since 6 months and it was giving me adorable speed of 600-900kb/S(=7mbps), but had never expected it will give me this slow speed.

It is giving me speed of 10-25 kb/S (200-340kb/S) all day/Night, from last 10-14 days.

Please inform me why is my net-setter giving out this slow speed? is there's any problem with idea's towers or my net-setter?
