Portability not done

Hi,

I am Jaideep Rupal using IDEA prepaid connection (91-9891188170). I had given request for mobile portability on 10th september still no action has been taken After almost 18 days. As per the TRAI norms portability case has to be closed within 7-8 working days and it has already been more then 14 days. And even i spoke to customer care they said they dont have any information regarding the same.

So i kindly request you to take this case in consideration and take necessary action
