I am Prepaid customer of IDEA since last few years. My Mobile no. is 76984 88964. There was a scheme from Idea to recharge with 39 and get I2I 10ps. for 60 days which I had activated round about on 29 or 30th March, 20 days ago.
But today suddenly the scheme was deactivated without any reason or notification. I have already complained to the customer care many times but no positive response.
They replied that the scheme was of 21 days. What a FRAUD, CHEATER & BETRAYED company.
They just gave scheme for attraction but there service reputation is very down. Now I felt that the ad. of TATA DOCOMO is absolutely correct.
I realised that VODAFONE and AIRTEL is mush BETTER, FAITHFUL and TRUSTED company compared to this one.
