9702376969... Complaint no.16711172... this mailed IDEA customer care 3months back for getting speed only 30kbps & less. Mail also forwarded to their grievance email id but no one realyy needs to attend the issue.
Very very poor customer service. Also on toll free no.s there executives transferring call & call cuts.
