Value added service "Love Tips" was activated on my mobile phone number without my consent and Rs.30 were deducted for the same from my mobile balance. i called customer care but they provided me with no help whatsoever...
this service get renewed every month without my consent and money is deducted.
please take some action against this and stop deducting my account... i would like the money on my account to be refunded (if possible) as i did not activate the service.
please stop this service immediately.
