Not abail the facility of 3G

i have converted by idea net sheeter 2G to 3 G on 24 Apr on recomadation of idea showroom by paying of rs 700 but after convrting the 3G facility i anable to login my idea net shetter when i complain regarding this to idea he simply reply that due to the network problem u r unable to login and u will get connected in 48 hrs but again i anable to login and last i again converted my 3G to 2 G by paying Rs 200 again and he refuse to returne my 700 Rs which i earlear pay to converting to 3 G.
