with due respect and humble submission i sri subhransu sekhar mishra informed you that i am using 919090585390 (idea celluar services) for a long time. today (dt. 12.04.12) around 5.17 pm when i called my friend i found my call balance was nil which was previously 30/-(thirty rupees only). when i called to 198 customer care center of idea they told me that i recharged a thirty rupees power voucher pack in online on my number (919090585390) on date 12.04.12 around 2.44pm. but the real fact was i haven't done such recharge in my number. when i told them they argued me and didn't listen me. after a lot of request they took a complain (complain no.:23451204678 in idea). i have no faith on them and thats why i need your suitable step to look into the matter such that no such type of mistakes will repeat with others.
