Wrong Billing

Hi,

I have a Prepaid IDEA (Old SPICE) number.

My Prepaid plan is 1p/s.

But from 15th March evening, all my National (STD) calls are getting charged at 2p/s though i have not changed my plan.

On their Customer care no body picks the call, so there is no where i can ask the reason for this wrong billing and get it rectified.

When i called their Grievance cell number, as their Customer Care is not picking the call, i got charged for it even though the call was ringing only and no body had actually picked the call.

I make around 1-2 hours of STD calls a day, now i am loosing money on every call i make :(

And i don' have any other number from where i can make calls.

What can i do now to resolve this problem?
