I have a Normal customer. but i am handled a very critical situation. my Idea number 9826532182 i have purchase in 2005 something my idea number is very costly Rs.999

but my problem is my idea number is churn (no service). my idea number is very important for me. but my idea number is not working for last 30 days and i have complaint for my idea office, customer care, and retailer. retailer tell me re submit your photo and address.i submitted the document in two time. but my number is not working. so i am go to my idea. idea tell me not solution.we can tell it not for me. so please solve my problem.
