Non ethical and bad customer service

I'm been using airtel mobile and broadband for long time now, I have seen many instaces where Airtel customer service acts smart but the latest one which i faced this month is really worth complaining in this board.

29th of sep they had disconnected my broadband connection with the reason of non payment where as i had made my payment before this when i called up customer care they said 'sorry for the Inconvenience and we will reconnect and should be working within 15 min' (according to airtel this call is not a complaint rather customer enquiry) but my internet was not woring and I had the same screen coming up even on 4th oct I called them multiple times on 4th and 5th Oct finally they said they are registring a complaint which then they resolved on 7th and accepted that they had some technical problem in releasing the line.

When i got my bill for this month I didnt see any change in my bill and it was not reflecting any charge reduction for the duration which i didn't have my broadband so, I decided to call them again find out.. now the newer version is that they have registered complaint only on 5th and they have resolved on 7th in esense they have not considered any of my calls which i did on 29th sep, 3rd, 4th & 5th Oct and they are expecting money for the duration which i have not used the connection and customer care says 'accroding to their record'...they are right.

This is what I call as 'white coloured cheating' by corporates.
