Service was disconnected

Hello,

I am the user of Idea celluer service, My no 9594183141, they have disconnected my service without any indication, i didn't get SMS as well as Call from idea service and i am sure about it, when I contected idea customer care, they replied me b'cos of delay in submission of proof, i am using this no. since more than 4 to 5 months, and other thing i already submitted my document to Idea Excecutive (Mr. Ruchir, ) on saturday. and when i went to IDEA gallary with all document at GOREGAON west, they informed that system showing that my sim card is in dustbin..(no service) how can it possible with in four day how can they throwe my sim card to dustbin without any intimation..

so kindly do the needful thing to your end.
