idea has appllied its Dialer Tone automatically saying that I have requested for it but it has not been reqested by me by any means (call or sms)

and idea is not clearing that by which means I have requested also cc authorities r not mostly available

they have also deducted my balence unfairly wihout conforming me by automatically apllied its faltu DT for which we hav nevr applied for

Can I get Complian no for it.
