I am regular customer of Idea service provider from many times I lost my money through Idea Services, but I neglect, But from 2 days Idea Service provider deduct lot of money from my prepaid account without information. When we call to customer care executive, "Dipak" no information provided, talk like disgusting method. and now they have to charge for calling to customer care.
I have provided all my information, but they misguide me, to call 12345 or call 198, is this a method to talking with customers.
now this is very harashful to me. WHAT AN IDEA Sir JI
