I had got wap5 service activated on my idea mobile which did not work and the message "network busy" was shown when i tried to open the wap browser on my mobile for 2 consecutive days.i decided to deactivate it, but after calling the customer care 3 times and registering the deactivation request 3 times each time i got the message that my complaint has been registered and would be processed and also each time i got the message that my service has been deactivated but actually it was not deactivated.
unnecessarily a balance of rs 30 got cut from my pre paid account and later on contacting the customer care i was told that i had downloaded a game which i never did.
the customer service is not available all the time and a rude recorded message without any manners speaks that "all the customer service executives are busy at the moment taking other calls and call our self help channel for more details" as if my call is not important to them
airtel on the other hand is better as it holds the line and the recorded message says that "your call is important to us and our customer service executive will assist you shortly"
