Horrible most customer care

I m an idea customer in delhi since last 4 yrs. from my delhi post paid connection 9911315542 it took 30 minutes to reach to UP east cc to enquire about my father prepaid no 9506809972 which was made temporarly in active as per calls i made from other phones. cc persons told since sim was not in use for 45 days the no was issued to someother person. i dont no how it can happen since it has got 3months period to activate again. i feel cc persons are highly inefficient to work with idea.
