I have called customer care to cancel the card on date when bill would be generated. But there is no option to cancel the card or take the request in phone. After 4days i went to Airtle customer care office to surrender the card, the card is cancelled, but the cancellation letter is not issued immediately and they would send bill for rental amount for 4 days. This is the worst service have never seen. If the customer surrenders the card, they have to check the outstanding and unbilled amount. Rental should be charged only if the customer used for 1month or atleast more than 15days. I have immediatley switched off the mobile after informing customer care to cancel my card. To contact further regarding this, billing section from customer care gave nodal officer number who is always and dont activated even queue service, also it is not possible to call him from airtel mobile number. what a reachable and accessable officer???
