Service is not stopped

I have complaint that in my prepaid idea mobile no.9718050589 there was a service activated last friday of cricket updates but on saturday i have complaint to totally stop this service bcoz i don't like it. but the service has been not stopped yet beside i have complaint 4 times and balance is also deducted from my mobile prepaid account. i want to the service should be stop right now...
