i have a idea celluler no.9540412881.on 23/04. i am reacharge my cell with rs. 100. and they cut rs 42 withaut any information. i am call custmer care they told me its bymitake. they told me its refund withine 3 or 5 working days. but i am dos't recieve my amount. but now they cut daily rs.5. i am call to custmer care but they don't have my problem solution
