Mobile Connection Closure

I have been incessantly following up with IDEA Cellular (Aditya Birla) for Closure of my Mobile connection but there has not been any revert and i am being sent the mobile Bill Every month. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Request you to register this Complaint and do the needful. Enclosed is my application.

Dear Sir,

I have already written to you by Fax on 15.03.2010 for disconnection of above Mobile no., but in May you have again sent the bill for Rs. 275.75. I have already got noted with your Deptt. against complain No. 151690113 the fact that I have already paid monthly rent for March and in April I got ZERO amount bill.

Please see to it that the account is closed ASAP.
