Dear Sir/Madam,
I have requested so many times to IDEA regarding network problem for mobile no. 9814433300. But everytime i get the answer as the problem will be solved within 4-5 working days. my compalints are both in verbal and non-verbal form. i have sent the mail twice to grievance cell and appelate authority of IDEA but even they donot bother to reply. Sometimes they say that your problem has been solved from our end. But result at my end is still the same.
Kindly look into the matter.
